Litigation Support & Asset Searches

The ISS team knows firsthand the difference proper preparation can make to a case.

Before filing a lawsuit, settling litigation or entering into a business relationship, it’s important to gain insight into the financial profiles and assets, hidden or otherwise, that allow you to make the best decision for your organization. Our specialized databases allow us to find people and their assets, including real estate, vehicles, bank accounts, liens, bankruptcies and more.

The ability to unearth essential documentary evidence, identify and vet prospective witnesses and provide materials that enable a legal team to quickly access vital information can determine the difference between winning or losing a corporate case or lawsuit. As veteran investigators with an international network of contacts developed over decades of frontline law enforcement experience, we have the resources to handle investigations and the expertise to identify and gather evidence that enables our clients to prevail.

Biometric Fingerprinting

Using state-of-the-art technology, ISS obtains results far beyond the capabilities of traditional “ink and roll” fingerprinting methods for an extra measure of assurance. With biometric fingerprinting devices, we can reduce the amount of time our clients devote to fingerprinting new employees by half. Additionally, after a set of biometric fingerprints is electronically stored, it can be reproduced repeatedly without losing quality.

Surveillance Countermeasures

While Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) are often used to combat corporate espionage, there are many motivations for this technology, including prevention of blackmail, illegal advances in political campaigns, fraud, or domestic disputes. Our experts use state of the art detection technology combined with regular sweeps to provide peace of mind that your office, computer, smartphone or residence is not compromised.

Polygraph Examinations

ISS offers polygraph examinations within the scope of the Employee Polygraph Protection Act. These examinations provide an affordable and unique approach to verify or establish facts, determine deception, or spot the innocent or guilty. Although most often used in criminal and civil matters, law enforcement, and pre-employment screening, polygraphs can also be helpful for individuals trying to resolve personal issues.
